Privacy Policy
Version of 17.10.2026. English translation of the Russian-language policy published at kubanrice.ru. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy sets out how Agrokhim LLC (the Operator) processes and protects personal data. It is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (the Law).
1.2. The Policy applies to personal data the Operator receives through the websites https://kubanrice.com and https://kubanrice.ru (the Website) and through the phone numbers and email address published on the Website.

1.4. Terms in this Policy have the meanings given in the Law.
1.5. Sending a request through a Website form does not mean that you accept this entire Policy. Consent to the processing of personal data is given separately, by ticking the box in the form, under the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data. The Website is not intended for persons under 18.
3. How data is processed
3.1. Data is processed with and without automation. Actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
3.2. Recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation.
3.3. The Operator entrusts processing or gives access to data only to the extent needed for the purposes in Section 2:
- the hosting provider on whose server the Website runs (the server is located in the Russian Federation);
- the VK (Mail.ru) email service used for info@kubanrice.ru;
- Yandex LLC — Yandex Metrica (only after consent to analytics) and Yandex Maps (on the contacts page);
- Yandex.Cloud LLC — Yandex SmartCaptcha form protection;
- the contractor that maintains the Website under a contract with the Operator.
These parties must keep the data confidential and comply with the Law. Data is disclosed to other third parties only where required by Russian law.
3.4. Personal data received through the Website is not transferred outside the Russian Federation.
3.5. When the retention periods in Section 2 expire, when the purpose is achieved or when consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed or anonymized within 30 days, unless the law or a contract provides otherwise.
4. Security measures
4.1. The Operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure and destruction, including:
- appointing a person responsible for organizing personal data processing;
- limiting access to data to employees and contractors who need it for their work;
- using a secure connection (HTTPS), access rights and passwords for the Website administration area;
- protecting forms from automated submissions;
- identifying and recording incidents.
4.2. If the Operator discovers unlawful transfer (provision, disclosure, access) of personal data, it notifies Roskomnadzor within the time limits set by Art. 21(3.1) of the Law.
5. Your rights
5.1. You have the right to:
- receive information about the processing of your personal data;
- demand that your data be clarified, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not needed for the stated purpose;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and your consent to receive advertising;
- appeal against the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
5.2. Send your request or withdrawal of consent to info@kubanrice.ru or by post to the Operator's address. To help us find your data, give your name and the phone number or email address you used for the request.
5.3. The Operator replies within 10 working days of receiving the request. This period may be extended by no more than 5 working days; the Operator will tell you the reasons for the extension.

7. Final provisions
7.1. This Policy is publicly available on the Website. The Operator may amend the Policy; a new version takes effect from the publication date stated at its beginning.
