Initial grain processing

Grain undergoes 3-stage cleaning on separators to basic conditions.

If necessary, the grain is dried in grain dryers to a state of stable storage. Drying is carried out with air heated by steam, without burning hydrocarbons and their combustion products.

Grain storage

At our enterprise, storage is carried out by grade. Grain is placed in metal silos with active ventilation or in floor storage warehouses, which together make it possible to simultaneously store about 30,000 tons of raw materials.

For grain crops, the moisture standards are:

rape— 8%
rice— 14,5%
wheat— 15% etc.
