Rice is milled on lines made in South Korea (DAEWON GSI) and China. Every lot comes with a quality certificate; the products have EAEU declarations of conformity with TR CU 021/2011.

Rice flour from the manufacturer

Rice flour is made by grinding milled rice. Maryansky Rice Plant produces it from its own milled rice in two types: coarse and fine grind. Both are made to the manufacturer's technical specifications (TU).

Uses

Gluten-free baking. Rice contains no gluten, so rice flour is a base for bread, biscuits and mixes without wheat.
Confectionery — biscuits, waffles, pancakes, creams.
Thickener for sauces, soups and dairy desserts.
Meat processing — a binder in sausages and semi-finished products.
Batter and breading mixes.

The right grind depends on your recipe. Send your requirements, and we will select an item and send a sample.

Shipment terms

From 20 tonnes by truck, 67.7 tonnes per railcar. Bags 25 and 40 kg. Collection from the mill in Maryanskaya (EXW) or delivery to your warehouse. Quality certificate for every lot; technical specifications on request. Price on request.
